Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Airène, we create garments with care, using limited deadstock fabrics and mindful production practices. Each piece is made to be treasured. Because sustainability is central to our brand, we encourage thoughtful purchasing to minimize unnecessary returns and reduce environmental impact.

That said, we want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery 

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Made-to-order or customized pieces

    • Final sale or discounted items

    • Intimates, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Depending on your bank, refunds may take additional time to appear on your account.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

7. Store Credit

For certain returns, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit will be issued via a digital gift card and does not expire.
