That said, we want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Final sale or discounted items
Intimates, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)

For certain returns, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit will be issued via a digital gift card and does not expire.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires. Upon receipt of your withdrawal request submitted through our electronic Withdrawal Form, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., email) without undue delay.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
Reimbursements will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Items should be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and, where possible, in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to reduce the reimbursement amount if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection.
